Starting this month we are starting a new monthly feature on
‘A Potpourri of Vestiges’ wherein we will be highlighting the best new programmes
on the popular streaming platform Netflix across India. We will choose the best
for you from the monthly catalog comprising Netflix originals or licensed
content—series, shows, movies, etc. So, without much ado, allow us to present
to you A list of 15 must-watch things to watch on Netflix India in October
2017.

roller-coaster of Season 1, Stranger Things is back with a whole new season of
suspense and chaos. Wanna know how the surviving citizens of Hawkins, Indiana will
cope with the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab? Well,
you will have to wait till the 27th of the month before all hell
breaks loose again.
2. Wheelman
If you have a thing for adrenaline-pumping action and relentless
thrill then Wheelman is just for you. The Jeremy Rush-directed flick will be available
on Netflix India from October 20.
3. Haters Back Off: Season 2
If you are a fan of comedy then you would be happy to learn
that a brand new season of Haters Back Off is coming your way this month. All
you have to do is to wait till the 20th.
4. Voltron: Legendary Defender: Season 4
Fans of animation are up for a grand treat as the fourth season
of the Voltron: Legendary Defender will start streaming on Netflix from the 13th
of October.
5. The Meyerowitz Stories
Also releasing on Netflix this month is the Noah
Baumbach-directed, Palme d'Or-nominated American comedy-drama film starring Adam
Sandler, Ben Stiller, Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson. You just need to wait
till the 13th.
6. Mindhunter: Season 1
Also streaming on Netflix starting October 13 is the firstseason of Mindhunter. If you love crime serials then Midhunter is right up your
alley.
7. Riverdale: Season 2
The second season of the popular American teen drama series
Riverdale is coming your way with a new episode every Thursday, starting
October 12, on Netflix India.
8. Dynasty: Season 1
If you are a fan of the good old soap operas then you can
get your hands on the first season of Dynasty, starring the likes of Grant Show,
Nathalie Kelley, Elizabeth Gillies, etc. It premieres on October 12 on Netflix
India.
9. Arrow: Season 5
Also coming your way this October is the 5th
season of Arrow. So if you are a comic fan then you are up for a major treat.
The season premieres on October 6.
10. Suburra: Season 1
Also premiering on the 6th of October is the
first season of the Italian mafia series Suburra—the prequel to the 2015 film
of the same name.

Survivor is a new addition to Netflix Indian catalog for this month.

The popular Netflix original series Outlander is back with

13. The Dark Knight Rises
Fans of Christopher Nolan and Batman are surely going to
cherish that fact that The Dark Knight Rises, starring Christian Bale, Tom
Hardy, Marion Cotillard, has been added to the Netflix India catalog this
month.

And last but certainly not the least; October brings to you the Jonathan Lynn crime comedy film The Whole Nine Yards, starring Bruce Willis, Matthew Perry, and Natasha Henstridge.
