We all know how big a chartbuster Raees' "Laila Main Laila" song has become. The song has also become the biggest success story of Pawni Pandey's singing career. Although the song is a rendition of a popular old number, it is Sunny Leone's breathtaking dance movies that has made it a dance floor sensation. Raees, directed by Rahul Dholakia, brought Sunny Leone and SRK together for the very first time. Everybody was expecting nothing less than a chartbuster and chartbuster "Laila Main Laila" has become.
But becoming a chartbuster wasn't going to be enough for the brilliantly choroegraphed number set to the tunes of Ram Sampath. The song has reached an amazing milestone of twitter. It has become one of those rare songs to complete 100 million hits on YouTube. It is not everyday that we have a song crossing 100 million hits on YouTube. In the recent times, Dilwale's "Gerua", Ae Dil Hai Mushkil's "The Breakup Song", "Bulleya" as well as the title song, Kapoor & Sons' "Chul", etc. have crossed 100 million hits and now "Laila Main Laila" has entered the 100 million club.
Raees has already managed to do a business of 250 crore worldwide and 150 crore in the Indian market despite facing severe competition from Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil which has been consistently scoring more than Raees over the last few days. The total collections for Kaabil are around 125 crore and if the trend continues then Kaabil may very well overtake Raees in a week or two.
