Natural Home Remedy To Boost Your Immunity In The Time Of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

A Potpourri of Vestiges Feature

By Murtaza Ali Khan

I am sharing with you a powerful home remedy passed down the generations by grandmothers. I am not making any medical claims but I can tell you that I personally have benefited from this remedy whenever I have caught any seasonal flu or infection. Given we have no sure shot cure for Coronavirus right now I think we can safely use this to boost our immunity and fight any imminent flu or infection. Here is the recipe for preparing 1 cup of concoction (sufficient for one person) around 400 ml:

1. Mulethi (powdered or crushed) - 1 teaspoon
2. Tulsi Leaves - 3 to 5
3. Black Pepper - 5 to 7 grains
4. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Giloy (powdered or crushed) - 1 teaspoon
6. Cinnamon - 1 stick
7. Ginger - 1 inch piece
8. Clove - 2-3 grains

So once you have all the above things you have to mix them one by one in around 600 ml of boiling water. The idea is to prepare a concoction. So when you have added all the things let it evaporate to about 3/4 volume. Make sure you filter it well before pouring the concoction in a cup. It's best to add Tulsi leaves towards the end. Now, if you don't have Tulsi leaves then you can use Organic India Tulsi Original which is readily available in stores. You can use a teaspoon of it. Giloy and Mulethi are readily available at all Patanjali Stores. It's best to drink this concoction twice everyday. Both time empty stomach. So you can drink it about an hour before breakfast and an hour and a half before dinner for best results. The concoction has a slightly pungent taste and so you can have a teaspoon of honey afterwards.
P.S. Please share this as much as possible and help spread the word around... remember, prevention is better than cure.
