A Potpourri of Vestiges Feature

Viacom18’s leading streaming platform, Voot continues to raise the entertainment quotient a notch higher for the Indian masses with its unrivalled content repertoire that spans across diverse genres. The platform is now all set to add two fun, relatable and light-hearted shows to its distinctive content library – Dice Media Productions Brochara Season 2 and Baked - Teen Tidaga, Sab Bigada Season 3. While the former will exclusively launch on 18th April 2022, the latter will stream from 25th April 2022.

Directed by Simarpreet Singh, Brochara is a slice-of-life show which explores the bromance between four friends, Dhiren, Kanan, Shivashish and Pranay and delves into the nuances of male bonding. In Season 2, the fan-favourite quartet will return to the screen as they navigate life, ambitions and relationships together with each other’s unhindered support. The five-episodic series show is headlined by Dhruv Sehgal, Amey Wagh, Varun Tewari, and Sayandeep Sengupta.

Helmed by Vishwajoy Mukherjee, Baked - Teen Tidaga, Sab Bigada focuses on the misadventures of three college-going flatmates, who kickstart their entrepreneurial journey by venturing into a midnight food-delivery service. However, owing to their misfortune, the trio finds itself in trouble quite often despite making conscious efforts to do something right. After chronicling their hardships in its first two seasons, Baked – Season 3 will see the three friends reunite after seven years for a vacation in the hills, to take a break from their mundane lives. What follows is a roller coaster of a tripThe cast of the upcoming season stars Pranay Manchanda, Shantanu Anam, Manik Papneja and Kriti Vij in the lead roles.

Sharing his experience of shooting for Brochara – Season 2, Dhruv Sehgal expressed, “It’s always fun to shoot with the boys. By portraying bromance on-screen, we’ve subconsciously taken that bond off-screen too. The rapport that the four of us share behind the scenes is unbeatable and I look forward to working with them in the future as well.

Talking about reprising his character, Amey Wagh shared, I thoroughly enjoyed playing my character of Kanan in Brochara. Although bromance as the crux of a show is not an uncharted terrain, the show portrays it in a new light altogether, which makes it special for me. I hope that the upcoming season garners as much love as the first season!”

Speaking about reuniting with his co-stars for the third time in Baked – Season 3, Pranay Manchanda said, “From where we started, none of us expected Baked to become this big, which it has become now, all thanks to our viewers. Sharing the screen space with Shantanu, Manik, Kriti and the entire cast has been a great experience! I have the time of my life every time I shoot with them, and it rightly transpires on screen.

Expressing his thoughts about Baked – Season 3, Shantanu Anam added, “I didn’t realize how quickly time passed by, working on Baked. After kicking off our journey in 2015, the show, along with us, has come a long way! With the third season’s release on Voot being just around the corner, I am hopeful that our journey on the show strikes a chord with the audience yet again!”

Brace yourselves to celebrate friendship this April with ‘Brochara – Season 2’ and ‘Baked – Season 3’, streaming from 18th April and 25th April respectively only on Voot!
